Jutta Behr-Schaeidt is dedicated to bringing out her artistic inspirations in her creations, which are precious works of art to be worn or placed. Inspired by gemstones with unusual colour features, she embarks on the design process without any particular goal in mind. The jeweller lets her hands work, observing everything that emerges. She has a primary affection for silver and gold, which attract her for their appearance and for the softness of the touch. She finds that Pure gold is joyful, warm and deep. She loves to work directly with noble metal, transforming it with her hands, file, hammer or torch. In the end, each piece is unique and must be this way. Her creations are always authenticated by her master stamp and state guarantee and are numbered. The gold and silver used are fair-trade and the gemstones are of high quality.Jutta Behr-Schaeidt graduated as a master jeweller from the prestigious Meisterschule in Munich in 2000. In 2018, she was invited to exhibit at the Wiener Schmucktage - (Vienna/Austria) international festival of contemporary jewellery. Later on she also exhibited her creations in Paris and in Versailles in 2020.In 2022 she was interviewed by art critic Christian Noorbergen who felt her pieces were "subtle, intimate, precious and delicate sculptures that take the landscape of the body as their home. And the jewellery breathes."
