TEMYRIS is first and foremost a love story. The love Henry felt for Lucienne.
The Roaring Twenties see the world dancing, going out, and losing itself in celebrations and dinners to forget the horrors of the Great War.
Madly in love with his wife, Henry chooses to create for her a unique object, as ingenious as it is seductive: a beauty minaudière containing a lipstick, a powder compact with its mirror, and a perfume atomizer, all in a compact and lightweight format she can hold in her hand or slip into a pocket.
Soon thunder rumbles again and the carefree years are already gone... The couple joins the Resistance and the beautiful minaudière falls asleep in the drawer of a dresser.
Years later, at the twilight of his life, Henry remembers and decides to pass the precious object on to his granddaughter.
It is from this legacy, and from the determination of Aurore Vast and her partner Paul Teyssèdre, that TEMYRIS was born: a nomadic luxury beauty essential, crafted from the most precious materials, designed to last and to be passed on.

The name TEMYRIS is inspired by the last Queen of the Amazons, the legendary queen of the Massagetae, famous for having brought an end to the reign of Cyrus the Great.
Both accessory and talisman, the minaudière pays tribute to the women of today — the Amazons of the 21st century.
